The Miami DJs Difference

The secret to the best wedding ever

Four things separate a wedding people politely enjoy from the one they are still talking about at brunch the next morning.

All-black column array speakers flanking a DJ booth against floor-to-ceiling windows

Perfect sound

All-white column arrays that disappear into your decor, or all-black with bigger subs when the room is large. Clean at cocktail hour, felt in your chest by 11 PM.

Elegant black DJ facade framed by candles and white florals

Elegant setups

The booth is furniture, not equipment. Backlit facades, curved LED, full video walls, colour-matched to your palette and personalized with your names, monogram or date.

LED moving heads throwing patterned beams across a reception floor

Stylish lighting

Wireless uplighting warms the whole room for photos, then intelligent moving heads take over the dance floor and turn the reception into something closer to a show.

Cold spark fountains firing behind a couple on the dance floor

Extra magic

Cold sparklers for the first dance, CO2 for the peak, hora loca, LED robots, sax and violin over the set. Added where they land, never everywhere at once.

Setups

Pick the room you want to walk into

Every setup includes professional sound and a DJ who knows how to read your crowd. What changes is how the front of the room looks and how far the lighting goes.

We already know your room

We load in somewhere new most weeks, but there are rooms we have worked so many times we know the power, the ceiling height and where the sound goes soft.

Questions couples always ask

When do we find out who our DJ is?
We assign DJs about two weeks before each wedding, once the full roster for that weekend is locked, and we introduce you directly at that point. The week of your wedding you get a call with your DJ to walk through the timeline and your selections. If you would rather lock a specific DJ in the day you book, that option exists and gets quoted on your estimate. You can meet the whole roster and hear live mixes on our DJs page.
Do you MC as well, or just play music?
Both, on every setup from Classic up. Your DJ handles introductions, the timeline and every announcement, working off the worksheet you fill out with us. If you want a quieter, music-only night with no microphone work, we can do that too, just tell us.
Can we choose the music?
Yes, and the more you send the better. Build a Spotify or Apple Music playlist of songs you love and share the link whenever it is ready, no need to organise it. Spotify is a good place to start because it suggests similar tracks and has curated wedding playlists. You also get a planning worksheet for your must-plays, do-not-plays and timeline, and it all gets finalised on the call with your DJ the week of.
Do you cover the ceremony too?
Ceremony audio is a separate add-on because it is a second setup in a second location: its own speakers, a lapel mic for the officiant and a handheld for readings, with your processional music cued live. Cocktail hour in a third space works the same way. Both are quoted as their own lines so you only pay for the spaces you actually need covered.
How does payment work?
A retainer fee reserves your date, paid on the Square invoice we send you with the service agreement attached to it. The balance is due 14 days before your wedding, and we give you the exact date in writing so nothing sneaks up on you. Card, bank transfer or Zelle all work.
How many weddings do you take in a day?
Three, maximum, across the whole company. That cap is the reason our dates go early, and it is also why the crew that shows up for you is not coming off two other load-ins. Saturdays in season fill first.

Let’s talk about your date

Tell us the date, the venue and the kind of night you are picturing. We will put together a real estimate for your wedding, not a price list.
