• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? You should contract Universal DJ Productions,Inc. (2) years in advance but always call to see if we are available if its sooner than that..

• Can your DJ MC our event? Can you provide a microphone? Our DJs normally do not MC weddings based on our packages or a la carte list because its the DJs job to pay 100% attention to the details of music and the MC to make all professional announcements and entertain at the level you request..

• What are your standard payment terms? At the signing of the contract, we ask for a 1/4 deposit and payment in full the day of the affair before we begin..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If you are not satisfied with a particular performer and you can state in detail why, we will consider full refund for that particular person(s)..

• What is your event cancellation policy? You can cancel event with us at anytime after you sign a contract depending on your reasoning. All deposits are non-refundable..

• What type of equipment do you use? What special feature (lighting, etc) can you provide? We use Yorkville professional sound speakers and amps, denon cd players, pioneer mixers, accu spot 300's automated lighting, three post chrome trussing, white frost dj booths with led lighting.

• We want to meet and talk to the DJ that will be at our wedding reception, is that a problem? You meet with anyone that will be performing at your affair..

• How early do you typically arrive before an event? We will arrive anywhere between an hour to three hours depending on the setup you choose..

• How many weddings do you perform each year? We will keep our affairs leveled out at around 250 total. This year we should reach about 60's..

• Do you bring backup equipment to the event? Do you have backup djs in case of sickness? We bring doubles of everything. We also have a contract that states that we will guarantee you all your performers. Sick or etc. there will be a professional in their place..

• Can guests make song requests? How many (and what types) of CDs will the DJ bring to the event? Guests can without a doubt make any requests as we have everything from 40's to a month ahead of time. .

• Do we need to provide a meal for the DJ during the event? No, you do not need to provide a meal for the Entertainers. If you do, its at your decision..

• What happens prior to the wedding? When do you need our song list? We will meet with the client to discuss any details for the wedding. We will supply music request lists and guide sheets that must be turned in (4) weeks prior..

• Do you disc jockeys take any breaks or pauses from playing music? THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DEAD AIR!.

• What standard attire will the DJ wear to my function? May I request that the DJ wear a tuxedo? We wear at all of our affairs a Semi-tuxedo which includes black pants, black vest, suit shirt & ties. MC will always be wearing all included and a jacket for the main intros!.

• How many DJs do you have on staff? What is your qualification for hiring DJs We currently have four main djs that work for us specifically other than DJ'n night clubs. These DJs are qualified enough to make you move with flawless transitioning and the knowledge of all genres. .
