What is your event cancellation policy? How many weddings do you perform each year? We do many events and weddings throughout the year. We are booked at least one day of every weekend from September through June..
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Reserving your wedding date 3 months in advance is optimal but as long as you can meet with us 7-10 days before your event and we have the date available we would be happy to serve you..
Can your DJ MC our event? Can you provide a microphone? Absolutely and Absolutely. We can do both. .
What are your standard payment terms? We require a $125.00 deposit upon acceptance of our contract and the remaining balance due three weeks prior to your event when you meet with us..
What type of equipment do you use? What special feature (lighting, etc) can you provide? Our equipment is owned and fully insured. Can guests make song requests? How many (and what types) of CDs will the DJ bring to the event? Yes, we allow everyone to make requests but we do adhere to the guidelines set forth by the person who hired us. We do not bring CD's we have all of our music on in an MP3 system and therefore we are able to carry with us over 10,000 selections!.
Do we need to provide a meal for the DJ during the event? Providing a meal for the DJ is not necessary but it has happened on several occassions and we are grateful. We do not let this interrupt our service to you in any way..
What happens prior to the wedding? When do you need our song list? We are in contact with you several times prior to your wedding/event. We will provide you with a data form which gives us specific information about your likes and dislikes pertaining to genre and song selections. When we meet with you prior to your event we will discuss everything with you so we know exactly what you want and need from us..
